Heating

NO HEAT? No Problem! Check out these service call saving tips before calling us. But don’t worry, we will warm you up if we have to.

  1. Make sure the batteries in your thermostat are new or recently replaced.
  2. Check and make sure your filter is clean. If not, replace your filter.
  3. Make sure the emergency switch for the furnace is in the on position. (This often gets mistaken with a light switch)
  4. Check your breaker (Panel or Fuses).
  5. Make sure your outside vents are clear of snow/ice or debris.

Air Conditioning

NO AIR CONDITIONING? Check out these service call saving tips before calling us to cool you down.

  • Check your breaker and your outdoor disconnect to ensure power is on.
  • Make sure your filter is clean on your furnace.
  • Look for frost/ice buildup…..if your outdoor unit is frozen up, please know that the indoor coil will be too. Please turn the unit off immediately, go to your thermostat and leave the fan in the on position (this helps speed up the thawing process).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose or repair an air conditioner until it thaws. Therefore please let us know when you call that the unit is frozen so we can schedule accordingly.
  • Check the outdoor unit to make sure the fan is running, if not, just let us know when you call for service.
