- Furnaces: Cleaning and inspection of burners, heat exchanger, blower, wiring, thermostat, gas pressure, filters, venting, and safety controls
- Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps: Cleaning of coils, inspection of wiring, fan motors, refrigerant levels, safety controls, filters, condensate drains, and efficiency testing Ductless Units: Cleaning of filters, coils, fans, wiring, drain, and testing system operations
- Fireplaces, Stoves & Inserts: Cleaning of glass, logs, burner, and blower; inspection of seals, venting, gas valve, pressures, safety controls, and overall operation

Terms and Conditions
After-hours service applies during heating season until 11:00pm for equipment that provides the home’s primary heat source. Calls received after 11:00pm will be completed the following day. A pre-inspection may be required prior to entering into a plan and will be billed at our standard rate, waived if the plan is purchased. Additional charged apply for certain services such as furnace blower cleaning ($79.00). coverage excludes R22 equipment. Prices subject to applicable taxes.
